Venuste has spoken at several high-profile events such as the 2015 Africa Prosperity Summit in Dar es Salaam where he was invited by Ligatum Institute. Recently, Venuste has been accepted into the Oak Human Rights Fellowship where he will be teaching a course on Human Rights in global perspective. The course is an examination of the intersection of water and human rights. Venuste will guide the students to explore many aspects of human rights in relation to water, including water access, economic rights, rights to a clean environment, gender equity, and youth leadership.
